
Fischer Homes, one of the nation’s largest home builders, has announced its expansion into Northwest Florida through the planned acquisition of the assets of Samuel Taylor Homes of Panama City Beach, FL.
The acquisition is scheduled to be completed in mid-December 2023, pending final approval. Fischer Homes will begin actively selling in the Northwest Florida market starting mid-December 2023.
Privately held Fischer Homes is the 30th largest home builder in the U.S., with over 38,000 homes built and has been in business for over 40 years since 1980. The company is currently the market leader in both the Cincinnati and Louisville MSAs and among the top home builders in the Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Atlanta areas.

Founded in 2011 by Matt Brandman and Hunter Collins, Samuel Taylor Homes has built over 800 homes throughout the Northwest Florida area. Known for their quality construction, they are currently building in Bay County communities in Panama City and Panama City Beach.
Brandman will serve as Market President of the new Florida Gulf Coast Division for Fischer Homes.
