Sales activity continued to rise in the Panama City Beach real estate market during February with 146 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 138 contracts secured. In Panama City, trends were similar with 47 homes sold and 48 new contracts. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the Panama City Beach market in sales volume earning over $17.8 million with 30 transactions and earning nearly $19 million across Bay County during February.

The highest priced condo closed in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in St. Andrews Park Place at $1.55 million.


The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a six-bedroom home in Carillon Beach at $3.15 million.


The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bay front, six-bedroom home at $1.75 million.


The highest priced new construction, single family home to sell in Panama City was a four-bedroom Madeira plan in SweetBay at $618,028.
