In Panama City, 70 homes sold, and 37 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 33 homes sold with 26 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $16 million with 16 transactions and over $23 million with 29.5 transactions across Bay County during May.
