In Panama City, 56 homes sold, and 60 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 28 homes sold with 23 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $9.6 million with 18 transactions and over $16.7 million with 36 transactions across Bay County during June.
