The Panama City Beach real estate market experience consistent activity during June with 166 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 117 contracts secured. In Panama City, 56 homes sold, and 60 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 28 homes sold with 23 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $9.6 million with 18 transactions and over $16.7 million with 36 transactions across Bay County during June.

The highest priced condo closed in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in Bonita Bay at $1.04 million.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf view, six-bedroom home in Laguna Beach at $2.195 million.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bayou front, five-bedroom home in the Cove at $1.75 million.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Lynn Haven was a bay front, six-bedroom home in Panama Country Club at $1.65 million.
