Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $54 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during October.
The highest priced home sold in Miramar Beach was a gulf view, five-bedroom estate in Burnt Pine in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for $3.15 million while the highest priced condo to close was a gulf front, four-bedroom residence at Hidden Dunes Grand Villas for $1.775 million.
The highest priced home sold in Destin was a gulf front, five-bedroom residence in Destin Pointe for $3 million. A gulf front, five-bedroom penthouse in Silver Beach Towers was the highest priced Destin condo to sell at $2.1 million.
No single family homes closed on Okaloosa Island during September and the highest priced condo to sell was a gulf front, three-bedroom unit in Waterscape for $915,000.
In Navarre Beach, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a gulf front, five-bedroom residence in Belle Mer for $1.95 million while the highest price condo to sell was a gulf front, two-bedroom at The Pearl of Navarre for $2.826 million.
