Sales rose slightly in the Panama City Beach real estate market during October with 155 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 110 new contracts secured. In Panama City, 41 homes sold and 41 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 22 homes sold with 14 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida was the top selling brokerage in Panama City Beach earning over $17.9 million with 32 transaction sides and nearly $19 million across Bay County during October.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a bayfront, four-bedroom home in Dolphin Bay at $1.89 million while the highest priced condo closed was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in En Soleil at $1.29 million.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bayou front, four-bedroom home in The Cove for $1.02 million. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a four-bedroom home in The Landings at $600,000.
