Sales dipped while pending contracts soared in the Panama City Beach real estate market during January with 99 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 101 new contracts secured. In Panama City, 45 homes sold and 32 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 14 homes sold with 14 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $4.8 million with 11 transaction sides in Panama City Beach and over $7.2 million across Bay County during January.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, seven-bedroom home at $3.75 million while the highest priced condo closed was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in Palazzo at $1.16 million.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bayou front, five-bedroom home in The Cove for $1.535 million. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a bayfront, four-bedroom home in Panama Country Club at $800,000.
