Sales and pending contracts were on the rise in the Panama City Beach real estate market during February with 116 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 115 new contracts secured. In Panama City, 33 homes sold and 47 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 18 homes sold with 10 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $4.7 million with 8 transaction sides in Panama City Beach and over $5.5 million across Bay County during February.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a canal front, four-bedroom home in Bay Point at $1.169 million while the highest priced condo closed was a lake front, three-bedroom residence in Lakeside Lodge at Prospect Point in the Wild Heron community at $790,000.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bayfront, five-bedroom home in Bunkers Cove for $2.2 million. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a bayfront, four-bedroom home in Baywood Shores Estates at $1.15 million.
