Sales in the Miramar Beach and Destin real estate markets decreased during July with 122 homes and condos closed and 85 properties placed under contract. On Okaloosa Island there were 12 properties closed for single family homes and condos combined and 2 placed under contract. In Navarre Beach, 9 properties closed, and 4 properties were placed under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $45.6 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during July.

The highest priced home sold in Miramar Beach was a bay front, seven-bedroom residence in Burnt Pine in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for $5.4 million. A gulf front, three-bedroom condo in Southwinds was the highest priced Miramar Beach condo to sell at $1.4 million.

A gulf front, seven-bedroom home in Destiny by the Sea was the highest priced single-family home to sell in Destin at $6.2 million while the highest priced condo to close was a bayfront, three-bedroom residence at One Water Place in the Kelly Plantation for $3.25 million.
