Sales remained steady in the Forgotten Coast real estate market during July in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 47 single family homes closed during the month with 81 properties currently under contract. Cape San Blas/Indian Pass had the highest number of transactions with 15 closings while St. George Island had the highest priced property to close, a gulf front, five-bedroom home in the Plantation at $3.4 million.
