Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida achieved over $29 million in sales volume within the 30A Beaches market and more than $43 million in combined sales across Walton and Okaloosa counties.
Among the standout transactions, a Gulf-front, six-bedroom estate in Camp Creek Point claimed the title of highest-priced single-family home sale at $18.25 million. This record-setting property also marks the highest-priced home sale along Scenic Highway 30A in 2025. Additionally, a Gulf-view, three-bedroom residence in The Easterly at Alys Beach was the top condominium sale, closing at $6.2 million.
