With more than two decades of real estate experience, Blaine brings a passion for leadership, agent development, and helping others build successful businesses. In his new role, he will work closely with our leadership team to support agents through coaching, education, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
His approach is simple: when you invest in people, everything else has the opportunity to grow with them.

Adding Another Layer of Leadership
Blaine joins an established leadership team that includes President Lane McCormack, Chairman Jimmy Burgess, Broker of Record Jennifer Ledesma, and Senior Vice President of Operations Jan Hayse. His addition gives our agents another experienced leader in their corner—someone who understands the business from the perspective of a top-producing agent, broker, coach, educator, and business leader.
