Sales stayed consistent during August in the Panama City Beach real estate market with 83 homes and condominiums closed and 83 new contracts secured. In Panama City, 53 homes sold and 36 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 21 homes sold with 15 properties placed under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $8.6 million with 14 transaction sides in Panama City Beach and over $11.9 million across Bay County during August.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, three-bedroom home at $1.65 million while the highest priced condo closed was a gulf front, four-bedroom residence in En Soleil at $1.88 million.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bay front, four-bedroom home in Bunkers Cove for $1.35 million. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a bay front, four-bedroom home in Panama Country Club for $950,000.
