Sales in the Miramar Beach and Destin real estate markets remained consistent during August with 120 homes and condos closed and 87 properties placed under contract. In Fort Walton Beach, there were 30 properties closed for single family homes and condos combined and 76 placed under contract. In Navarre, 34 properties closed, and 58 properties were placed under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $53 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during August.

The highest priced home sold in Miramar Beach was a golf course front, four-bedroom estate in Burnt Pine in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for $4.75 million. A gulf front, four-bedroom condo in Grand Dunes South Tower was the highest priced Miramar Beach condo to sell at $3 million.

A gulf front, five-bedroom home in Destiny by the Sea was the highest priced single-family home to sell in Destin at $5.2 million while the highest priced condo to close was a bayfront, three-bedroom residence at One Water Place in the Kelly Plantation for $1.92 million.
