In Panama City, 47 homes sold and 34 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 23 homes sold with 16 properties place under contract. The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, five-bedroom home at $3.235 million while the highest priced condo closed was a gulf front, four-bedroom residence in Bel Air Beach Condo at $1.375 million.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bay front, three-bedroom home for $1.05 million. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a bayou view, four-bedroom home in College Point at $550,000.
