In Panama City, 47 homes sold and 34 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 23 homes sold with 16 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $7.8 million with 8 transaction sides in Panama City Beach and nearly $12 million across Bay County during December.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, five-bedroom home at $3.235 million while the highest priced condo closed was a gulf front, four-bedroom residence in Bel Air Beach Condo at $1.375 million.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bay front, three-bedroom home for $1.05 million. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a bayou view, four-bedroom home in College Point at $550,000.
