On Okaloosa Island there were 6 properties closed for single family homes and condos combined and 4 placed under contract. In Navarre Beach, 4 properties closed, and 4 properties were placed under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $54 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during December.
The highest priced home sold in Miramar Beach was a bay front, four-bedroom residence in Burnt Pine in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for $6.125 million. A gulf front, four-bedroom unit in Grand Dunes – North Tower was the highest priced Miramar Beach condo to sell at $2.45 million.
A four-bedroom home in the Preserve at Regatta Bay was the highest priced single-family home to sell in Destin at $1.745 million while the highest priced condo to close was a gulf and harbor front, three-bedroom residence at The Ultimate for $1.925 million.
No single family homes closed on Okaloosa Island during December, while the highest priced condo to sell was a gulf front, three-bedroom unit at Waterscape for $725,000.
In Navarre Beach, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a gulf and sound view, four-bedroom residence for $1.439 million while the highest price condo to sell was a gulf front, two-bedroom at Emerald Surf Condo for $610,000.
