Sales remained steady during July in the Panama City Beach real estate market with 151 homes and condominiums closed and 83 new contracts secured. In Panama City, 35 homes sold and 30 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 28 homes sold with 4 properties placed under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $2.8 million with 7 transaction sides in Panama City Beach and over $4.6 million across Bay County during July.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a six-bedroom home at $2.75 million in the Carillon Beach community while the highest priced condo closed was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in Aqua at $850,000.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bay view, four-bedroom home for $800,000. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a canal front, three-bedroom home in Baywood Shore Estates for $920,000.
