Sales continued to slow in the 30A Beaches real estate market during July when compared with previous months with 77 homes and condominiums closed and 80 new contracts. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in transactions during July with 28 transactions accounting for nearly $43 million in sales volume.
