Real estate activity remained steady in the Panama City Beach real estate market during July with 177 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 137 contracts secured. In Panama City, 67 homes sold, and 43 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 28 homes sold with 23 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $8 million with 18 transactions and over $11 million across Bay County during July.

The highest priced condo closed in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in Sterling Beach Condo at $950,000.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf view, seven-bedroom home in Laguna Beach at $3.8 million.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bayfront, five-bedroom home in Kings Point Harbour for $2.2 million.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Lynn Haven was a bayfront, five-bedroom home in College Point at $2.175 million.
