In Panama City, 67 homes sold, and 43 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 28 homes sold with 23 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $8 million with 18 transactions and over $11 million across Bay County during July.
