Sales rose slightly in the real estate market along Scenic Highway 30A during June with 90 homes and condominiums closed and 71 new contracts recorded during the month. A four-bedroom home in Alys Beach was the highest priced single-family home to sell at $7.4 million while a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in Dunes of Seagrove was the highest priced condominium to sell at $2.575 million.
