Sales continued to rise in the Panama City Beach real estate market during March while pending properties fell slightly with 158 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 76 new contracts secured. In Panama City, 60 homes sold and 34 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 16 homes sold with 16 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $6.6 million with 11 transaction sides in Panama City Beach and over $7.2 million across Bay County during March.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, three-bedroom home in Treasure Island at $1.995 million while the highest priced condo closed was a bayfront, three-bedroom residence in Bay Point Turtlegrass Villas at $1.05 million.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a four-bedroom home in SweetBay for $703,597. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a four-bedroom home in The Landings at $680,000.
