Sales continued to rise in the Forgotten Coast real estate market during March in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 38 single family homes closed during the month with 70 properties currently under contract. Cape San Blas had the highest number of transactions with 12 closings while Mexico Beach had the highest priced property to close, a gulf view, six-bedroom home at $2.6 million.
