Sales activity continued to increase in the Panama City Beach real estate market during March with 168 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 138 contracts secured. In Panama City, sales remained consistent with the previous month with 45 homes sold and 47 new contracts. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida was among the top four agencies in the Panama City Beach market in sales volume earning over $10.4 million with 24 transactions and earning over $13 million across Bay County during March.
