Sales fell slightly in the real estate market along Scenic Highway 30A during May with 73 homes and condominiums closed while pending properties increased with only 59 new contracts recorded. A gulf front, six-bedroom home in Paradise by the Sea was the highest priced single-family home to sell at $14.8 million while a gulf frot, three-bedroom residence in The Crossings at WaterSound Beach was the highest priced condominium to sell at $3.155 million.
