In Panama City, 73 homes sold and 30 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 21 homes sold with 20 properties placed under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $6.8 million with 9 transaction sides in Panama City Beach and over $7.5 million across Bay County during May.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a lagoon front, four-bedroom home at $2.08 million while the highest priced condo closed was a gulf front, four-bedroom residence in Regency Towers at $940,000.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bayfront, five-bedroom home in Northshore for $1.6 million. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a bayou front, five-bedroom home for $1.5 million.
