The Panama City Beach real estate market experienced a slight decline during November with 125 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 96 new contracts secured. In Panama City, 41 homes sold and 40 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 23 homes sold with 16 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $2.4 million with 5 transaction sides in Panama City Beach and nearly $3.8 million across Bay County during November.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, seven-bedroom home at $5 million while the highest priced condo closed was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in Edgewater at $930,000.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a canal front, five-bedroom home in Kings Point for $580,000. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a bayou view, four-bedroom home in College Point at $855,000.
