The Miramar Beach and Destin real estate markets remained consistent during November with 77 homes and condos closed and 65 new contracts. On Okaloosa Island there were 14 properties closed for single family homes and condos combined and 5 placed under contract. In Navarre Beach, 6 properties closed, and 2 properties were placed under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $53 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during November.

The highest priced home sold in Miramar Beach was a gulf front, six-bedroom residence in Gulf Pines for $11.1 million. A gulf front, two-bedroom unit in the Majestic Sun was the highest priced Miramar Beach condo to sell at $735,000.

A bay front, six-bedroom home in Regatta Bay was the highest priced single-family home to sell in Destin at $5.45 million while the highest priced condo to close was a bayfront, three-bedroom residence at One Water Place for $1.45 million.

A five-bedroom home within walking distance to the gulf was the highest priced home to close on Okaloosa Island during November at $860,000, while the highest priced condo to sell was a gulf front, three-bedroom unit at Waterscape for $1.425 million.

In Navarre Beach, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a gulf view, nine-bedroom residence for $3.75 million while the highest price condo to sell was a gulf front, three-bedroom at Beach Colony Resort for $950,000.
