November sales remained nearly the same as the previous month in the Forgotten Coast real estate market in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 35 single family homes closed during the month with 53 properties currently under contract. Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach had the highest number of transactions with 12 closings while Cape San Blas had the highest priced property to close, a gulf front, ten-bedroom home at $4.5 million.
