In Navarre Beach, 6 single family homes and condos combined closed, and 6 properties were placed under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded over $140 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during October.
A gulf view, eight-bedroom home in Crystal Beach was the highest priced single-family home to sell in Destin at $4.1 million while the highest priced property to close in Miramar Beach was a three-bedroom residence in the Preserve in Burnt Pine in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at $3.2 million.
The highest priced condo sold in Destin was a gulf front, five-bedroom residence in Dunes of Crystal Beach for $2.9 million. A gulf front, three-bedroom unit in Westwinds at Sandestin in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort was the highest priced condo to sell in Miramar Beach at $1.815 million.
The highest priced home to close on Okaloosa Island during October was a sound front, three-bedroom home for $963,850 while the highest priced condo to sell was a gulf front, three-bedroom unit in Islander Beach Resort for $934,000.
In Navarre Beach, the highest priced home to sell was a five-bedroom residence in Caribbean Isles for $1.3 million while the highest priced condo to sell was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in Beach Colony West for $1 million.
