Real estate activity continued to slow in the Panama City Beach real estate market during September with 128 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 97 contracts secured. In Panama City, 39 homes sold and 32 new contracts were recorded while in Lynn Haven, 22 homes sold with 19 properties place under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $8.1 million with 15.5 transaction sides and over $9.4 million across Bay County during September.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a lagoon front, four-bedroom home in Grand Lagoon Banks at $2 million while the highest priced condo closed was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in Palazzo at $1.2 million.
The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a bay front, three-bedroom home in Ashland for $800,000. In Lynn Haven, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a canal front, four-bedroom home in Northshore at $732,000.
