Real estate sales remained consistent on the Forgotten Coast during September in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 52 single family homes closed during the month with 66 properties currently under contract. Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach had the highest number of transactions with 20 closings and Cape San Blas had the highest priced property to close, a gulf and bay view home selling for $1.899 million.
