The Bay Point Billfish Open is an annual sport fishing tournament in Panama City Beach, FL, held at the Point South Marina in Bay Point.

Building on the success of the 2025 tournament, the Bay Point Billfish Open invites anglers back to Point South Marina in Bay Point for another year of premier sport fishing on the Northern Gulf Coast.

Local enthusiasts from Bay Point, in collaboration with renowned tournament organizers, are excited to host the Northern Gulf Coast’s most prestigious fishing tournament once again in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Now in its fourth year since the revival, the tournament will showcase a competitive lineup of pelagic giants, including Blue Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo, and Dolphinfish, along with Catch & Release opportunities for Gulf Billfish species.

The 2026 Bay Point Billfish Open is set to continue its legacy with an exciting prize pool, strengthened by a variety of optional entry categories and strong participation from competitive sport fishing teams.
